Husband, Father, Army Veteran, Firearm Enthusiast, Cigar Aficionado, Attorney at Berry Law
Chris Ferdico’s morning always starts with a cup of coffee. Then it’s straight to business, working from sunup to sundown to fight for his clients and ensure that their firearm rights and needs are protected from ever-encroaching federal oversight.
At a young age, Chris learned that determination and drive can be the key to winning any battle, and his time in Iraq helped him discover exactly what it took to become the best in any field. His time in the Army also inspired a dislike for the legal finagling and half-truths employed by many other lawyers – instead, he strives to be honest and straightforward in all of his dealings, a fact that his clients typically remember as one of his most distinguishing qualities.Schedule a Free Case Evaluation
More about Chris Ferdico
Chris’s journey to becoming an attorney actually started with a desire to be an FBI agent. His passion for law turned him toward the legal system in a more direct route, however, and he’s been practicing as an attorney for over 24 years since graduating from the Creighton University School of Law in 1996.
Since then, Chris has specialized in firearms and litigation. Throughout his career, Chris learned that the legal system was not designed for easy navigation. But he knew he could help others reach their goals using his skills and dedication.
Chris’ pride and drive to succeed have resulted in numerous awards, such as the Nebraska Bar President’s Professionalism Award. To this day, Chris stresses that any good lawyer should provide information to their clients above all else, then fight tooth and nail for whatever they decide. This tenacious viewpoint has served him well in his years at Berry Law.
Guns and Cigars
Outside of his work-related efforts, Chris spends his time sport shooting and smoking cigars with his friends and colleagues. He is known throughout the office as the “gun expert” and has even hosted his own range days at the shooting range by his house. Chris is also a part owner of the cigar company Warfighter Tobacco and you can usually see Chris enjoying his time off with a crisp stogie. He also loves spending time with his children, three of whom were born when he was deployed, and his wife, Sarah.
