Victoria LaVilla is a Veterans Disability Attorney at Berry Law, dedicated to helping Veterans navigate the complex VA claims process and secure the benefits they deserve. With a background as an Assistant District Attorney in Texas, Victoria has extensive experience advocating for those in need. During her time in the Warrants Division, she partnered with law enforcement to expedite Emergency Protective Orders (EPO) for assault victims, working diligently to ensure their safety and well-being.
Victoriaโs journey into law began with a love of education and a desire to use her skills to serve others. She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, Houston, in December 2020. Since starting her legal career in January 2022, Victoria has been committed to using her experience and compassion to make a difference in her clientsโ lives. Her passion for advocacy is rooted in her personal philosophy, as reflected in her favorite verse: โDo not fear, for I am with youโฆ I will strengthen you, I will help youโ (Isaiah 41:10).
Victoriaโs role at Berry Law focuses on representing Veterans in disability claims and appeals, where her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate nature make her a strong advocate. She finds fulfillment in helping Veterans overcome the emotional and legal challenges they face when pursuing their benefits. Her ability to build trust and listen deeply to her clients sets her apart, making her a compassionate and effective advocate.
Outside of her legal work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and baby girl, participating in Bible study groups, and staying active through swimming and cardio dance. She also loves cooking, attending concerts, and singing karaokeโespecially Disney songs.
