Mike Wilson believes everyone has a right to vigorous defense and he demonstrates that belief with his results. Not only has Mike won federal and state jury trials, he has won several criminal appeals at the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Some of Mike’s biggest wins came from his 4th Amendment arguments that prevented the government from using illegally obtained evidence against his clients. Mike has won 4th amendment issues resulting in the government dismissing criminal charges prior to trial. He has also won 4th Amendment issues on appeal resulting in his client’s convictions being overturned.
With over 15 years of trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts, Mike leads Berry Law’s drug defense team. Mike attributes his drug defense wins at the trial court level and the appellate level to his relentless research, meticulous preparation for hearings, and well written arguments.
