Natalie E. Gipson

Veterans Disability Attorney

Senior Counsel I

Natalie E. Gipson, an accredited VA attorney, brings more than 15 years of dedicated Veterans Law experience to her role as Senior Counsel I at Berry Law. A proud graduate of Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert School of Law, Natalie began her legal career in appellate practice at the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal, where she developed the sharp analytical skills and deep legal insight that continue to define her work today.

Natalie’s commitment to serving Veterans is rooted in her own life. Coming from a long line of men and women who served in the United States military, she has always held Veterans close to her heart — none more so than her husband, whom she supported throughout more than 20 years of active-duty service. During his career, culminating in his retirement as a Colonel in the U.S. Army, Natalie served military families as the Family Readiness Group leader and as a community liaison, offering guidance, stability, and advocacy to those navigating the unique challenges of military life.

Her passion for service naturally evolved into a legal career focused on Veterans’ rights. Natalie has built a reputation for taking a deep dive into every case she touches. While others may struggle to see the forest for the trees, she sees both with clarity — an uncommon ability that allows her to identify the heart of a case while never losing sight of the details that matter.

Natalie has extensive experience advocating for Soldiers going through the Integrated Disability Evaluation System, helping them remain in service when possible or secure the maximum benefits available upon discharge. Before joining Berry Law, she served at the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, further strengthening her command of the complex VA system and sharpening her ability to build winning strategies for her clients.

Her dedication and excellence have been recognized through numerous honors, including the Judge Henry A. Politz Scholar distinction, the Yellow Rose of Texas Award, and the Department of the Army Superior Civilian Service Award.

Beyond her professional achievements, Natalie is a mother of three — two college students and one high schooler — community volunteer, and a bone marrow donor, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and compassion in every facet of her life.
