Paige Gottsch is a case manager with extensive experience in the medical field. After graduating from nursing school at age nineteen, she spent the next thirteen years in healthcare. There, she witnessed firsthand the difficulty Veterans faced in receiving the benefits they had earned. Driven to find a way to help them, she returned to college, pursuing a journalism degree, from which she accepted the prestigious invitation to join Phi Beta Kappa in 2018. From there, she found herself drawn to working in Veterans’ disability case management. Her background allows her to provide unique insight into the medical terminology often found in Veterans’ records and allows her to help the rest of the team understand Veterans’ medical histories.
Highly organized, knowledgeable, and determined, Paige knows what it means to live with disability, and brings that empathy with her to every case. Never giving up, Paige has battled through cases requiring multiple appeals to finally obtain benefits and care for her clients. In addition to her history working with veterans in a medical setting, Paige has two cousins in the military, one in the Air Force and the other of whom was deployed to Kuwait as part of the National Guard. When she is not advocating for her clients, Paige enjoys playing golf and volleyball, she also enjoys designing custom home décor and taking walks with her husband and their three dogs, preferably in new and interesting cities.
