Aimee Robeson

Aimee Robeson is a VA disability rights attorney representing Veterans in their fight for disability compensation when denied disability benefits or given a low disability rating by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). As a Veteran herself, Aimee is acutely aware of the difficulties Veterans may face when applying for disability benefits. She served twenty-one years in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as a Signals Intelligence Warrant Officer, retiring in December 2021.

Veteran’s advocacy law is very personal for Aimee. During her service and after, she has seen countless Veterans with service-related injuries and illnesses struggle through the process of obtaining proper benefits. Aimee knew she wanted to continue serving Veterans after her retirement and found the perfect opportunity at Berry Law after hearing about the Veteran-centered firm during a military gathering.

Aimee graduated from the University of Phoenix, Arizona (B.S.B./C 2009), American Military University, West Virginia (M.A. 2017), and earned her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Minnesota, cum laude (2022).

When she is not fighting for Veteran’s rights, Aimee enjoys spending time with her son and dogs, reading, traveling, and working out.
