Chad Collins

Chad Collins served as an officer in the United States Army, retiring as a Major in 2011. He believes in leading from the frontline– the same way he approaches his role as Chief Operating Officer at Berry Law.

“There’s no greater crucible for leadership than the United States Army, and the opportunity to lead soldiers in combat. What I learned through the military leadership doctrine and from the dynamic leaders I served with were the fundamental notions of caring for the members of your team and inspiring them.”

He served in the 101st Airborne Division as a platoon leader in Iraq, and company commander in Afghanistan. The organizational leadership, strategy, and operations management that Chad honed there are the foundations on which he builds to shape the future of Berry Law.

“At Berry Law, we’re building that same organization. It’s the fabric of who we are, and we’re bringing the same dynamics to the practice of law.”

Constructing a world-class operation with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining the best legal minds in the field, Chad strives daily to support the work of his colleagues as they serve clients. He knows that providing attorneys with cutting-edge technology and resources positions them for victory.

Chad holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
