As a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps with deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Attorney Paul Lembrick uses his experiences in tactical decision-making to help clients navigate complex legal proceedings.
“As an attorney, I have to be vigilant. There’s always something I can be doing to mitigate risk and better position my client. It’s rewarding to know that someone is placing so much trust and confidence in me.”
He knows that integrity, accountability, and commitment matter when freedom is on the line. Paul worked with prominent members of the defense industry to update the Marine Corps’ light tactical vehicle fleet, protecting his comrades and shielding them from harm. That advocacy continues through his practice of law as he defends clients in litigation, personal injury, criminal, and advocacy cases.
Paul leads by example. He was a primary adviser in combat operation logistics and collaborated to improve security at United States Embassies. He continues to protect the interests of Veterans by advocating for the full benefits they earned while defending their country. His commitment to success means that Paul never quits until victory is achieved.
“I don’t take shortcuts. I do things the right way, and that transfers to the practice of law. Clients have to place their trust and their livelihoods in their counsel. Being an attorney means I have the opportunity to shoulder that load, and to help them work through their stress and anxiety.”
Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He resides in Lincoln with his wife Caroline and their two daughters.
