Charles Clark is a Veterans Disability Attorney at Berry Law Firm, where he is devoted to helping veterans receive the VA benefits they have rightfully earned. As a seasoned attorney with 18 years of experience, Charles brings an extensive and diverse background in disability law to his practice.
Prior to joining Berry Law, Charles worked at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Missouri, the Social Security Administration, and firms in the private sector. Having served within government agencies at both the state and federal levels, Charles is acutely aware of the bureaucratic challenges clients face when seeking disability benefits. This unique perspective enables him to anticipate obstacles and provide informed, empathetic representation as veterans navigate the often difficult and frustrating VA disability system.
Charles is well-versed in the technical demands of disability advocacy, with particular expertise in analyzing complex medical records, conducting thorough legal research, and drafting persuasive briefs. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from Rice University, a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law. During law school, Charles also spent a semester studying international comparative law at the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa, further broadening his legal perspective.
Outside of his practice, Charles enjoys staying active through exercise and golf. He is an avid cook and finds great joy in spending time with his wife and their two rescue dogs. Charles welcomes the opportunity to put his nearly two decades of legal experience to work for the veteran community.
