Stacey Koller is a Veteran’s Disability Attorney at Berry Law Firm, where she considers it a profound privilege to represent the men and women who have defended the United States Constitution. Stacey is dedicated to connecting personally with her clients, ensuring each veteran is evaluated fairly and receives the compensation they deserve. She is proud to work within a firm culture that balances compassionate care with a relentless drive to win for its clients.

Stacey’s journey with Berry Law began as a Law Clerk. After graduating from Creighton Law School at an accelerated pace. During her time at Creighton, Stacey distinguished herself through participation in the Bankruptcy Clinic, an externship for a Federal District Court Judge, and earning a prestigious award given by the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) to the top student in her Trusts & Estates course. Committed to continuous growth, she is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Georgetown University.

With an undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Technical Writing from Utah Tech University, Stacey brings a unique and powerful skill set to her practice. She leverages her advanced training in technical writing to craft compelling appeals, recognizing that written advocacy is the primary medium through which the VA reviews disability claims.

Outside of the office, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading. She is deeply grateful to her clients across the nation, whose service protects the freedoms that allow her to lead a safe and beautiful life.
