Sarah McIntosh brings more than twenty years of legal experience to her work advocating for Veterans. Her career reflects a deep commitment to justice, constitutional principles, and effective representation across a wide range of legal and public service roles. Sarah approaches each case with the perspective of a seasoned advocate who understands both the human impact of legal decisions and the complexities of navigating powerful institutions.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a senior editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and was selected to represent Georgetown in mock trial competitions. While in law school, she gained extensive hands-on litigation experience through the Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic.
Following graduation, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Patricia D. Steele at the Superior Court of the United States Virgin Islands on St. Croix, an experience that further sharpened her analytical skills and reinforced her dedication to fairness and due process. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Wichita State University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Drawing on her extensive and varied background—from trial advocacy to public policy and education—Sarah brings a thoughtful, determined, and client-centered approach to defending Veterans’ rights. She understands that meaningful advocacy requires persistence, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to those she serves.
Outside of her legal practice, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dachshund, playing tennis, and traveling.
