Noah Marik

Veterans Disability Attorney

Noah Marik is a Veterans Disability Attorney at Berry Law, driven by a strong commitment to helping those in need. Inspired by a lifelong interest in the law and Constitution, Noah applies his legal expertise to support Veterans navigating the complexities of securing their earned benefits. With a focus on communication, empathy, and diligent advocacy, he is dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for his clients. 

A graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law, Noah earned his Juris Doctor in May 2024 with distinction. During law school, he served as a student attorney in the Housing Justice Clinic, where he successfully negotiated settlements in housing disputes and prevented evictions for clients. His academic achievements include earning a CALI Award for Excellence in First Amendment law and completing 50 hours of pro bono work, reflecting his dedication to public service. 

Outside of his legal career, Noah is an avid soccer player and referee, a marathon runner, and a passionate supporter of Nebraska sports. He enjoys reading in his spare time and spending time with his two cats, Maple and Louis. His personal motto, “Energy and Persistence conquer all things,” reflects his drive to overcome challenges and provide steadfast advocacy for his clients.

  • Juris Doctor – University of Nebraska College of Law, 2024 (Graduated with Distinction) 
  • Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration – University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Double Major) 
  • Studied abroad at Oxford University as part of the Nebraska at Oxford program
