Nichole Keddington is an attorney dedicated to advocating for veterans and their families in matters involving veterans’ benefits and appeals. Her practice is rooted in public service and informed by her experience in veterans law and administrative adjudication.
Nichole earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from George Mason University. Prior to entering private practice, Nichole worked on Capitol Hill, gaining valuable insight into the development and interpretation of federal law. She later served at the Board of Veterans Appeals, where she reviewed veterans benefits claims, analyzed medical and service records, and drafted appellate decisions for hundreds of veterans. Through this work, she gained in-depth knowledge of the VA adjudication system and the legal standards governing veterans benefits claims. Nichole brings this experience to every case, providing thoughtful, detail-oriented advocacy focused on securing the benefits veterans have earned through their service.
Outside of her legal practice, Nichole enjoys spending time with her two sons, staying active by playing tennis and volleyball, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. She brings the same passion and dedication she has for her family, sports, and team loyalty to her advocacy on behalf of veterans.
