Jared Roland

Veterans Disability Attorney

Jared Roland is a Veteran’s Disability Attorney at Berry Law, where he provides disciplined, detail-driven advocacy for those who have served our country. His commitment to representing veterans is deeply personal—Jared’s grandfather served as a Lieutenant General in the United States Air Force and flew combat missions during the Vietnam War, instilling in him a lifelong respect for military service and a belief that veterans deserve the highest level of professional representation.

Jared earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School graduating magna cum laude. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota. This strong academic foundation supports his rigorous approach to legal practice, ensuring that every case is handled with intellectual precision and care.

Following graduation from law school, Jared worked as a felony prosecutor for the State of Nebraska, gaining experience as an advocate for victims. Since beginning his practice, Jared has focused on building precise, evidence-based cases grounded in thorough factual development and clear legal reasoning. Now at Berry Law, he meticulously works through veterans’ records to ensure that the VA recognizes the full extent of the benefits his clients have earned through their service.

Outside of his legal work, Jared is passionate about sports, strength training, and fitness. He brings that same energy, discipline, and focus to his advocacy, fighting to secure wins for the veterans he is privileged to represent.
