Carolina Doney brings over a decade of experience in administrative law to her role as Senior Counsel at Berry Law, where she focuses on Veterans Disability cases. She graduated with her J.D. from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law in 2010 and earned her B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Truman State University in 2000.
Carolina has dedicated her entire career to helping individuals navigate complex administrative processes, with a strong background in Social Security Disability law. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Wisconsin, as well as in the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims. Her experience also includes litigation and bankruptcy matters, giving her a well-rounded perspective on client advocacy.
Originally born in Santiago, Chile, Carolina has called the St. Louis area home for most of her life. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her Avvo 10.0 Superb Rating and her recognition during law school with CALI Awards for Law and the American Indian and Entrepreneurial Lawyering.
Carolina is an active contributor to the legal community. She has presented and moderated numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs for the Missouri Bar and served as a judge for the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition Regionals in 2024.
Outside of her professional life, Carolina has been happily married for over 20 years and is the proud mother of a beautiful daughter. She enjoys medieval English history, international travel, art, and listening to audiobooks whenever she can.
