Gabriela Zermeno

CLCW Task Force

Military Affiliation: Married to a Marine Corps veteran and proud mom to a new Marine who is currently stationed in Virginia.  Many of her closest friends and family are veterans or current active duty servicemembers stationed all over the world.

Berry Law Position: CLCW Task Force – Intake Specialist

Gabriela has had the pleasure of working for Berry Law and the Camp Lejeune Contaminated Water Task Force since July of 2022.  She is a proud patriot who believes in giving back to those who have selflessly served our country or made the ultimate sacrifice.  As a seasoned military spouse, she has personally experienced or has seen other veterans and their families go through the many challenges and hardships special to the military community. When the opportunity presented itself to be connected to such a meaningful work project, Gabriela jumped on the chance and is grateful to be working alongside a team of people who are so passionate and diligent in their relentless pursuit of justice for those affected.

She and her family have recently moved back to their home state of California and are in the midst of navigating their recent transition from active duty to civilian family after 18 years.  When Gabriela is not busy working, being a soccer mom, at church, or her 12 year old daughters’ personal uber driver, she is daydreaming about Hawaiian beaches, spoiling her dog with “too much” attention, rescuing curbed treasures to bring back to life or very likely watching YouTube videos to help further develop and hone her (currently) mediocre DIY skills.
