Justin Evers has been a case manager with Berry Law since March of 2023. From 2006 to 2010, he served with the US Marine Corps as an infantry mortarman with the 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines. Following his separation from the Corps, Justin didn’t realize the wide array of benefits to which he was entitled for his service; after receiving assistance guiding him through the process, he realized that helping other Veterans navigate the VA process is his life’s passion. Understanding first-hand the fight veterans have to go through to receive benefits they’ve already earned, Justin has brought the tenacity, adaptability, and drive he learned in the Corp to Berry Law, adopting those skills to his role as case manager.
Living by General George Patton’s motto “A good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week,” Justin perseveres in his role at Berry Law, in one instance helping a veteran receive 100% benefits after struggling for fourteen years to receive a payout. In addition to his work with Berry Law, Justin is highly active in the veteran’s community, currently sitting on the boards of three non-profits and working on crisis-intervention teams. When he’s not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his six children.
