Jacob Fry currently serves as the Veteran Appeals and Camp Lejeune Task Force Coordinator and has been with Berry Law since 2021. Jacob is involved with several Veteran Support Organizations. He is the District Coordinator for the Irreverent Warriors, Great Plains. He is also the current Commandant for the Cornhusker Detachment 370, Marine Corps League.
Jacob’s military service includes two combat deployment to Afghanistan (2010) (2011-2012). He served with 3rd Battalion 7th Marines, Kilo Company, 3rd Platoon. He was an 0311 and was deployed on two combat tours to Afghanistan, Helmand Province, Sangin District. He operated as SAW gunner, Team Leader and as Squad Leader.
After Jacob was honorably discharged in 2012. He returned to his hometown of Malcolm, NE. After working with different companies and organizations traveling. He attended the University of Lincoln Nebraska in 2015 and graduated in 2018. With his bachelor’s in criminal justice and minor in national security management.
Jacob currently lives in Lincoln, NE with his girlfriend Karina Martinez and their two dogs Freya (Pitbull) and Skylar (Chihuahua). They love taking trips, outdoors and making everything a new adventure to remember.
