Veterans Appeals Law Firm of the Year 2021

Veterans Appeals Law Firm of the Year 2021

Berry Law was recently recognized as the Veterans Appeals Law Firm of the Year (USA) by Lawyers Worldwide Awards as part of their Innovative Lawyer 2021 celebration.  We are honored to receive this award as selected by peers and the media. While we have been recognized before for our general work with military and Veterans, this new award specifically highlights excellence in Veterans appeals.

The award is part of a global initiative to identify the leading firms in different practice areas that have “continually displayed a high degree of quality” and tenacity.  Berry Law is honored to have been selected for the category of Veterans Appeals for the entire United States for 2020-2021, and would like to thank the Lawyers Worldwide Awards for the honor.

The awards pool was created via a thorough, global poll of the magazine’s readership, which asked the voting readers to put forward their nominations for lawyers and law firms that are, in their opinion, ‘Innovative Lawyers’ within their chosen area of specialization.  That Berry Law was selected as a nominee and the eventual winner is a humbling testament to our commitment to serve clients worldwide.  At present, Berry Law has clients in all 50 states and more than 10 territories or foreign countries.  Our desire to spread our message of helping American Veterans with their disability appeals has helped us find Veterans who thought they weren’t even eligible to receive the benefits that they had earned.

Beyond this awards cycle, the Lawyers Worldwide Awards Magazine issue provides a global readership with a detailed guidebook of firms that are “noted for demonstrating a consistently high level of ability.”  We are truly grateful that the magazine and its readership have chosen Berry Law as the Veterans Appeals Law Firm of the Year, and we are committed to doing our best for our clients to ensure that we win the award again, but more importantly that the reason we do so is because we provide excellent service to all of our Veteran clients and our servicemembers.

Berry Law’s mission isn’t about receiving accolades, but about bringing awareness to Veteran disability issues, and helping all of our brothers and sisters in arms get the benefits that they were promised as part of their service to our country.  We believe that a government worth fighting for is a government worth holding to its promises.  Our firm was founded by a Vietnam Veteran and we are proud to be staffed largely by Veterans, military spouses, and the children of Veterans

Thank you Lawyers Worldwide Awards for the recognition of our work with Veterans appeals, and our commitment to providing outstanding service.

Contact Berry Law if You Need to Appeal

If you or someone you know is having difficulty getting the proper disability benefits from the VA, please contact Berry Law for a free consultation about what your options are and whether or not we can provide assistance.  In most cases, the service is entirely free unless we win substantial backpay as part of a rating increase or effective date adjustment.   There is no obligation, and you can contact us any time.  We won’t stop fighting for our fellow Veterans until everyone has the disability benefits that they earned.
