Service connection for adjustment disorder with depressed mood, previously denied as post-traumatic stress disorder with depression and nightmares, is granted with a 100% evaluation effective March 10, 2020. Basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status is established from March 10, 2020, with a combined rating evaluation of 100%.
