Service connections were granted for lumbar spine spondylosis/stenosis with an initial evaluation of 0 percent effective June 29, 2017, increasing to 30 percent from February 8, 2024, and for various radiculopathies with initial evaluations of 10 percent, increasing to 20 percent for right and left lower extremities from the same future date, along with new 20 percent evaluations for femoral nerve radiculopathy effective February 8, 2024. Additionally, entitlement to individual unemployability and basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance were both granted effective June 29, 2017.
