Client received a 20 percent evaluation has been assigned for degenerative disc disease, lumbar spine with intervertebral disc syndrome (previously rated as degenerative disc disease, lumbar spine) from May 5, 2015; service connection for rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis with an evaluation of 100 percent effective May 5, 2015 and a decreased evaluation of 0 percent effective October 18, 2019; service connection for fibromyalgia with an evaluation of 40 percent effective October 18, 2019; entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria being met from May 5, 2015 to October 17, 2019; and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from May 18, 2018.
