Individual unemployability is granted effective December 11, 2013, along with an earlier effective date for Dependents’ Educational Assistance eligibility; evaluations for peripheral neuropathy in the right upper extremity increased to 40 percent and in the left upper extremity increased to 30 percent, both effective March 10, 2023; evaluations for coronary artery disease, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with REM sleep behavior disorder, obstructive sleep apnea with CPAP, type II diabetes mellitus, and peripheral neuropathy in both lower extremities are continued; and a decision on compensation for essential tremor claimed as Parkinsonism is deferred.
