The evaluation for left lower extremity peripheral neuropathy is increased from 20 percent to 40 percent effective October 4, 2016, and the evaluation for right lower extremity peripheral neuropathy is similarly increased from 20 percent to 40 percent from the same date. Additionally, entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria being met is granted from October 4, 2016.
