Service connection is granted for cervical spine disability, left upper extremity radiculopathy, and right upper extremity radiculopathy with evaluations of 30 percent, 40 percent, and 30 percent respectively, effective from different dates, and entitlement to an earlier effective date for Dependents’ Educational Assistance is granted, now set to August 8, 2014, while further development is needed for the evaluation of the right upper extremity radiculopathy.
