David Ossian won my appeal for sleep apnea secondary to PTSD. The VA had previously denied my claim without even scheduling an evaluation. I had attempted to appeal on my own, but with no progress. I ended up getting 2 years in backpay from the VA, but more importantly I feel vindicated by the fact that the VA has acknowledged that my issues are due to my military service. THANKS SO MUCH!
