I want to thank Doc Smith and Mr. Ossian for convincing me to swallow my pride and come in for an evaluation. Doc Smith ended up handling my claim and his knowledge was second to none. He knew exactly what issues to focus on and worked on those first. In the end he got my rating to my desired # and I would not have gotten there without it!
