Will Smith is a Marine Corps Veteran and VA Disability Attorney with a 10.0 AVVO rating. He uses the mental resilience and discipline he developed as an Infantry Sergeant to navigate the VA appeals process. Before Berry Law, Will spent fifteen years at his own firm practicing criminal defense, civil litigation, and nursing home malpractice suits.
