Shannon Nielsen is a highly experienced Case Manager and Air Force Veteran who served for over three decades. During her 36-year career in the USAF and Nebraska Air National Guard, she specialized in public affairs and knowledge operations with deployments to Djibouti and Guam. Shannon retired at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant (E8) and uses her extensive administrative expertise to manage the full lifecycle of complex disability claims. She currently serves as the Commander of American Legion Post 140.
