Matthew Leuty is a Veterans Disability Benefits Attorney who draws on his previous experience as a Criminal Defense Attorney to advocate for those denied benefits by the VA. In law school he served as a senior-certified student in the Debtor’s Defense Clinic, successfully securing dismissals and helping to draft legislation to protect families from foreclosure over minor debts. Matthew approaches every case with a service-based mentality rooted in empathy and the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity.
