Multiple disability evaluations and service connections were updated as follows: Thoracic strain increased to 40 percent effective March 31, 2017, left and right lower extremity radiculopathy connected at 20 percent each effective June 12, 2023, cervical strain increased to 30 percent effective March 31, 2017, right shoulder strain granted at 20 percent effective March 31, 2017 (40 percent from June 12, 2023), left shoulder strain at 20 percent effective March 31, 2017 (30 percent from June 12, 2023), left ankle lateral collateral ligament strain at 10 percent effective March 31, 2017 (20 percent from June 12, 2023), left elbow strain at 10 percent effective March 17, 2017, eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance established from March 31, 2017, and evaluations for traumatic brain injury continued at varying percentages from March 31, 2017, to June 16, 2022.
