Hypothyroidism and Agent Orange Exposure | America’s Veterans Law Firm

For years, Veterans from every branch have suffered from hypothyroidism as a result of Agent Orange exposure in Vietnam and surrounding areas. These Veterans would have to prove service connection by showing that their condition was linked to Agent Orange exposure. However, Congress recently passed the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which added hypothyroidism (along with two other conditions) to the Agent Orange presumptive condition list. In this video, Berry Law Veterans advocate and Marine Veteran Seth Chambers explains what this ruling means for Veterans and how it could impact your VA disability claim. If you suffer from hypothyroidism related to Agent Orange exposure and you need help getting your VA disability claim approved, contact Berry Law.
