To investigate your claims, we need to know information about your most recent VA decision. Please have your most recent decision with you for our call. If you do not have a copy of your decision, you can get one here.
If we are able to assist with your case, you will receive a retainer agreement. We are not able to begin investigating your case until we receive your signed agreement. Please sign and return as soon as possible.
After we receive your signed agreement, we will designate you a team a legal team to begin investigating your case.
