An Army National Guard Veteran was granted service connection for post-traumatic stress disorder with a 100 percent evaluation, right knee meniscal tear with degenerative arthritis and total knee arthroplasty at 30 percent, left shoulder tendinopathy at 20 percent, left ankle tendinopathy at 10 percent, and exercise-induced asthma at 10 percent, all effective April 12, 2021, along with entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance from the same date.
