The USMC Veteran was granted individual unemployability and Dependents’ Educational Assistance effective August 14, 2017, along with increased ratings for chronic brain syndrome to 70% and 20% evaluations for lumbar radiculopathy in both sciatic and femoral nerves, effective February 27, 2024.
