The Navy Veteran was granted service connection for multiple conditions, including multiple system atrophy (30%), hearing loss (60%), neurocognitive and depressive disorders (50%), polyneuropathy and balance disorder (30%), cervical spondylosis (10%), rib fractures (10%), and loss of smell (10%), along with special monthly compensation for loss of use of a creative organ, all effective March 20, 2017, except for loss of smell, effective May 22, 2024.
