An Army Veteran’s evaluation for somatic symptom disorder with anxiety disorder was increased to 50 percent effective January 30, 2014, radiculopathy in the right lower extremity was increased to 20 percent effective February 20, 2024, entitlement to individual unemployability was granted effective May 21, 2014, and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance was established from May 21, 2014.
