Client received 30 percent evaluation for migraine headaches residuals of TBI from November 2, 2019; service connection for residuals of head injury (TBI)(to include memory loss and dizziness) with an evaluation of 70 percent effective September 24, 2012; entitlement to individual unemployability effective September 24, 2012; and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from September 24, 2012.
