Service connections for various conditions were granted with initial evaluations on August 3, 2018: PTSD with mixed anxiety and depressive disorder at 30%, psoriasis and related skin conditions at 10%, left ankle psoriatic arthritis at 40%, Crohn’s disease at 30%, lower back psoriatic spondyloarthropathy at 10%, left lower extremity sciatic radiculopathy at 40%, right ankle osteoarthritis with psoriatic arthropathy at 40%, and tinnitus at 10%. Upgraded evaluations include PTSD with dysthymia to 100% from December 6, 2023, psoriasis to 60% from July 12, 2023, lower back condition to 20% from December 6, 2023, and right lower extremity sciatic radiculopathy to 40% from December 6, 2023. Additionally, entitlements to special monthly compensation and Dependents’ Educational Assistance were established effective December 6, 2023, and August 3, 2018, respectively, while the denial of a cervical gynecological condition was confirmed.
