The Louisiana Veteran was granted service connection for PTSD with depressive disorders at 70%, lumbosacral strain with spinal stenosis at 20%, and radiculopathy in both lower extremities, each rated at 20%, all effective July 1, 2016. Additionally, the Veteran was granted individual unemployability and special monthly compensation from February 21, 2020, along with Dependents’ Educational Assistance eligibility from July 1, 2016.
