PTSD, major depressive disorder, and schizophrenia are granted at a 100 percent rating effective September 6, 2018, tinnitus is granted at 10 percent effective the same date, basic eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance is established from September 6, 2018, and a rating reduction from 30 percent to 10 percent for bronchial asthma is deemed improper, with restoration of the 30 percent rating effective May 1, 2019.
