Effective March 25, 2020, a service connection for coronary arteriosclerosis linked to herbicide exposure was granted a 100 percent evaluation, along with a 20 percent evaluation for diabetes mellitus from February 2, 2006, and a 0 percent evaluation for hypertension related to herbicide exposure from August 10, 2022, while eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance was established based on permanent disability.Â
