Client received service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder, other than trauma and stressor disorder, to include a major depressive disorder, as secondary to service-connected disabilities; a 70 percent evaluation has been assigned for other specified trauma and stressor disorder, with panic attacks, and major depressive disorder from August 31, 2012; entitlement to individual unemployability effective August 31, 2012; entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria being met is granted from August 31, 2015; and entitlement to an earlier effective date for the grant of eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance under 38 USC chapter 35, with a new effective date of August 31, 2012.
