Client received service connection for posttraumatic stress disorder (claimed as mental health condition, PTSD, anxiety, depression, somatic symptom disorder with predominant pain, persistent, severe) with an evaluation of 100 percent effective March 2, 2017; and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from March 2, 2017.
