Service connection for spinal fusion and intervertebral disc syndrome (IVDS) is granted with a 40 percent evaluation effective November 21, 2007. Additionally, service connections for left lower nerve sciatic radiculopathy and right lower nerve sciatic radiculopathy are granted with evaluations of 20 percent each, effective November 21, 2007.
