The service connection evaluations for major depressive disorder linked to posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) will be increased from 30 to 70 percent effective from February 28, 2023, while service connection for coronary artery disease (CAD) related to herbicide exposure, originally granted at 60 percent effective May 6, 2010, was temporarily raised to a total evaluation due to a pacemaker implantation from February 11, 2019, and then permanently set at 60 percent from May 1, 2019.
