Client received evaluation of coronary artery disease status post infarction and stenting with congestive heart failure, which is currently 30 percent disabling, increased to 100 percent effective October 6, 2021; entitlement to individual unemployability effective August 24, 2012; entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria being met from October 6, 2021; basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from August 24, 2012; evaluation of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) which is currently 50 percent disabling, is continued; evaluation of residuals of prostate cancer status post prostatectomy including urinary incontinence, which is currently evaluated 60 percent disabling, is decreased to 40 percent effective May 10, 2022.
