Effective dates and evaluations for various service-connected conditions are granted as follows: a 70 percent evaluation for posttraumatic stress disorder from February 25, 2009; continuation of a 30 percent evaluation for irritable bowel syndrome; a 30 percent evaluation for service-connected carcinoid tumor, diabetes mellitus type 2, and splenectomy, all effective August 10, 2022; a 0 percent evaluation for a service-connected scar effective August 10, 2022; entitlement to individual unemployability and special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria effective January 25, 2017; and basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from January 25, 2017.
