Client received service connection for post traumatic stress disorder with major depressive disorder, alcohol use disorder in sustained remission, and stimulate use disorder in sustained remission with an evaluation of 70 percent effective April 2, 2013; an evaluation of 100 percent from November 17, 2022; basic eligibility to Dependents’ Educational Assistance based on permanent and total disability status from November 17, 2022; and entitlement to individual unemployability is deferred.
