Service connection for PTSD with generalized anxiety disorder was granted at a 100 percent evaluation, effective October 14, 2015, and entitlement to special monthly compensation based on housebound criteria was granted from December 18, 2015, along with eligibility for Dependents’ Educational Assistance under 38 USC chapter 35 with an earlier effective date of October 14, 2015.
